Hello again my lovely readers! It's October today! I've made it a month without burning anything. :) Quite a feat if I do say so myself! :) Now, this first week in October, my cooking days aren't quite as many because... we'll you'll see. Here's this weeks menu!
Monday: Artichoke and Shrimp Linguini (Artichokes have become a favorite food if you couldn't tell. ;) ) and Garlic Bread
Tuesday: Savory Ricotta, Spinach and Mushroom filled Crepes
Wednesday: Hamburgers and Corn on the Cob
Thursday: Spaghetti and Meatballs at my parent's house for Gavin's birthday!
Friday: TBD (I'm gone at our Church's Ladies Retreat this Friday)
This past Saturday, I made some yummy treats that I figured I should share. :) I made Cake Batter Balls (which I've made before) and Snickerdoodle Bread. It was my first time to make the bread and it turned out quite well! Definitely putting that one in the recipe box. :)
