Everyone have a good weekend? Mine was spectacular! With some help from some awesome friends, we surprised Dearest Carl with a trip to Kings Island on Saturday! And while he was off riding roller coasters, my wonderful friend Melissa spent the day with me and we went antiquing and to lunch and to Orange Leaf for some delicious frozen yogurt! But oh, it gets better! Yesterday, I got to see my adorable nieces and nephew from Chicago! Yes, mine was spectacular. :) Now, here is this week's menu!
Monday: Grilled sausage and corn on the cob
Tuesday: Leftover Beef Stroganoff
Wednesday: Pizza
Thursday: Fettuccine Alfredo and Garlic Bread
Friday: Cucumber Sandwiches and Fruit
