Well its official. I'm old enough to like "Mom Foods" as we call them. Now I think I still have a ways to go but as I've tried new recipes in the Watkins Kitchen, I've discovered that I actually like things that I remember as being unpalatable! Here is a list of some of them:
almonds and cashews
artichokes
spinach
sweet potatoes
zucchini
dried fruit
Funny how that works isn't it?
