Aaaaand we're back. Why is it always so much harder to wake up on Mondays? Especially after getting a window A/C in our bedroom resulting in the best sleep I've had in days. Also, I think just about everything and everyone decides that it's just going to be a difficult day. Period.
Good things about today: I have Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee. And this week has a good menu. And Jesus loves me.
Monday: Fettuccine Alfredo and Homemade Garlic Bread
Tuesday: Spinach and Mushroom Quiche
Wednesday: Grilled Cheese and Chips
