A Hobbit Style Dinner

"In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort." - The Hobbit

We're super big Lord of the Rings fans around here. Okay not as big as buying all the paraphernalia and creating our own costumes. But big enough to get really really really excited when the Hobbit movies started coming out. To celebrate the occasion, we had a Hobbit Night the evening before the first one came out. We ate hobbit food and then we went to see the midnight showing. And a tradition was born. With each new installment, I've planned a dinner that Bilbo would be proud of and we've gone to see the movie the next day! This week, the last one came out. Tomorrow night we will have our hobbit feast and watch the previous two movies, and then on Saturday morning, we'll go to see the newest one! It's been such fun that I wanted to share my hobbit menus with you! So get cozy!
