Good morning! I awoke to warmness (just about every single heater in the apartment was on!) and breakfast this morning, aka birthday love from Dearest Carl! It was a nice way to wake up on a Monday morning. :) Despite the dwindling supplies in our refrigerator (which a new month will fix!), I've got a pretty good menu up this week!
Monday: Please May I have Some More Soup (remember, this is sausage, cabbage and potato soup... and my favorite!)
Tuesday: Chinese Cabbage Spaghetti
Wednesday: Mozzarella, Bacon, Pesto Grilled Cheese
Thursday: Pizza
Friday: Guacamole Taco Salad
