Only three days until the Olympics begin! Unfortunately I won't be home to watch the opening ceremony but I'm looking forward to catching some swimming and hearing about this amazing new gymnast, Simone Biles. If you're planning on watching the ceremony, Friday evening at 7PM, make a night of it with an Olympic worthy party!
