What We're Eating


Phew! What a weekend! So much parties, many good times. Some Mondays, I'm glad it's just Monday, the day to sit and plan the week and drink coffee.

I'm not gonna lie. This week's menu is interesting. Mainly because we still have two weeks in the month and I'm running low on grocery money. So it's time to get creative with as many pantry ingredients and as few grocery ingredients as possible. That means making soup in May when it's 80 degrees. Bow to my ingenuity.

Monday:Pesto Salmon and Orzo (Leftover from last week)
Tuesday: Cucumber roll ups and Fruit
Wednesday: Chicken Noodle Soup
Thursday: Pizza
Friday: Chicken Salad Rolls Ups and Fruit
